Rights-holder notice
A notice should include the exact title of the work, the URL of the disputed page, a description of the protected material, proof of the claimant's authority, contact details, and a good-faith statement. Incomplete notices may require clarification.
Review of notices
After receiving a substantiated notice, we will review the listed page and available links. If a violation is confirmed, the disputed link or material may be restricted. MagnumCinema does not control third-party sites and cannot delete data from their servers.
Repeat / false notices
Knowingly false statements may result in liability under applicable law. By submitting a notice, the claimant confirms the accuracy of the information and the authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
