MagnumCinema helps users browse metadata, maintain lists, viewing history, sync progress across devices, add friends, and join watch parties. We display titles, posters, descriptions, and related information from metadata sources and the administrator catalog.

MagnumCinema is not an unauthorized streaming portal, torrent index, or piracy marketplace. We do not sell, rent, or distribute copyrighted video files from our servers as a substitute for licensed platforms. Playback depends on sources configured by the operator and the laws of your country.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Notify us if you notice unauthorized access.

You must not interfere with the site, bypass technical restrictions, make excessive automated requests, attempt unauthorized access, or use the interface for purposes that violate the law or third-party rights. You also must not upload illegal content, harass users, impersonate others, or use MagnumCinema to infringe copyright. We may restrict or delete accounts for violations.

MagnumCinema may use third-party authentication, analytics, push notifications, metadata APIs, and cloud storage. Those features may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, permanent availability of a specific title, or absolute accuracy of metadata. Schedules, ratings, and descriptions may change at data providers.

To the extent permitted by law, MagnumCinema is not liable for indirect damages, loss of settings, unavailability of a third-party resource, or user actions taken based on catalog data.

We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Continued use after a new version is published means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for violations, legal requirements, or maintenance.
