Delete Your Account

MagnumTrack (com.magnum.cinema) and MagnumCinema allow you to request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Important notice
Account deletion is permanent. Your watch history, favorites, lists, profile, and other associated data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Option 1 — Delete in the mobile app (recommended)
1. Open MagnumTrack on your Android device. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Tap Delete account. 4. Enter your account password to confirm. 5. Confirm permanent deletion. Deletion takes effect immediately after confirmation. You will be signed out automatically.
Option 2 — Delete on the website
1. Sign in to your MagnumCinema account on the website. 2. Open Settings. 3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 3 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app or website, send an email from the address linked to your account to [email protected]. Include: - Your username - The email address registered to your account - A clear statement that you want your account permanently deleted We may ask for additional verification to protect your account. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Account credentials and profile information - Watch history, favorites, and custom lists - Device registrations and in-app preferences - Social activity tied to your account
Data we may retain
Some technical logs, backup copies, or records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
